Professor Vincent A. Chandler, WSU-Lecturer of Jazz Studies, is a native Detroiter and protege of Detroit legends such as Kenn Cox, Donald Walden, Marcus Belgrave, Harold Mckinney, Wendell Harrison, and Geri Allen. He has also performed internationally with Herbie Hancock, Marcus Miller, Wynton Marsalis, Joe Henderson and Roy Hargrove. The VC Collective will perform the music of "The Jazz Crusaders!"
